Do I need an appointment for tune-ups or repairs?

No, we operate on a first come first serve basis. You can bring your bike in and we will asses your bike and give you a quote within a few minutes.

How long do repairs take?

Accepted Answer

One simple adjustment or flat fix takes about 10 minutes and can be repaired while you wait. If your bike needs additional work, we may ask you to leave your bike and we will call you when repairs are complete. Timeline depends on the amount of work your bike needs in addition to other jobs scheduled prior to yours.

Do you work on E-Bikes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we service all ebike brands for all repairs and services, however we only can do electronic diagnosis for Bosch, Avinox and Yamaha motor systems.

Question 4

Do you rent bikes?

Accepted Answer

Your card is authorized for the full value of the bike and it is technically yours. When and if you return it, we refund your payment minus a restock fee of $50-$75 for regular bikes and $100-$150 for E-Bikes.
